How do I finalize and publish an event?
• Event code: Customize a unique event code that players use to join your event.
• Review details: Make sure that all event settings and details are correct before publishing.
• Preview event: Preview the event before publishing by using the preview code in the event app.
• Publish event: When ready, click "Publish event" to proceed to payment.
• Payment details: Fill in your payment details and finalize your payment.
What should I do after publishing an event?
• Check your event: Ensure all pieces are in place by joining the event yourself and checking the details within the app and confirm meet-up locations and time/day of the event.
• Invite your players: Visit the Event invitation page and verify that all information is correct. The Event invitation page contains all necessary information that the player needs to prepare for the event.
Copy the generated link and share with your players.
• App links: Events are played in the HVNT Teams app that can be downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play.

What will my players need for the event?
- App and phones: Players can download the latest version of the app from either the App Store or Google Play.
- iOS Users: Players will need an iPhone X or later, running iOS 12 or above. For optimal performance, we recommend the latest iOS version and an iPhone 13 or newer. Please make sure that they have activated “Precise Location" on their phones in order to be able to use the app properly.
- Android Users: Their device should be from 2020 or later, with Android 12 or above. HVNT Teams is not available on Samsung A Series phones due to lack of AR support. We recommend using the latest Android OS and phone models for the best experience.
- Battery: Ensure that players' phones are charged. Carrying a power bank can also be advisable as the app may consume battery life.
- Clothes: Wear comfortable shoes for walking, and remember to check the weather before heading out!
- Event info: Players will need a copy of the event code and also any additional information that is not already covered in the event description within the app.
